Facilities & Project Executive (1 year Contract) #NKC

Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance and facility projects to ensure timely completion.

Supervise contractors and vendors, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.

Monitor budgets, CAPEX, and operational costs report on expenditure and cost savings.

Conduct regular inspections, walkarounds, and facility checks arrange urgent repairs when needed.

Ensure facilities comply with regulatory requirements and maintain necessary licenses and renewals.

Manage term contractors work, including sourcing quotations and supporting tender processes.

Standardize facilities management practices across multiple locations.

Participate in workplace safety and health (WSH) meetings, audits, and compliance matters.

Prepare and track monthly facility reports and project progress updates.

Support procurement activities for facility-related projects and vendor evaluations.
