Duties:
- Manage the receipt, storage and issuance of engineering and facilities materials, equipment, tools and critical spare parts
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using digital systems or manual logs, and conduct regular stock checks to identify low or expired items
- Coordinate with procurement teams and vendors to ensure timely replenishment of essential materials
- Support daily facility inspections, basic troubleshooting and first-level fault identification and reporting
- Monitor, record and document key operational readings from building and engineering systems such as temperature, pressure and flow rates
- Assist in implementing workplace safety controls during maintenance and contractor activities, including Permit-to-Work and lock-out/tag-out procedures
- Ensure work areas are maintained in a safe condition and support safety drills, inspections and audits
- Report near-miss incidents or safety concerns and follow up on corrective actions
- Assist with the installation, setup and testing of new equipment or facility infrastructure
- Maintain facility documentation including maintenance logs, checklists, PTW forms and service reports
- Assist contractors and vendors on site and ensure compliance with site safety and operational requirements
- Carry out minor repairs, fixture replacements and workspace setup tasks as required
- Respond to facility fault reports such as power trips, HVAC issues and system alarms
- Support general facility operations including housekeeping, waste management and pest control coordination
Requirements:
- Min Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities or Building Services Engineering.
- Min 2 years of relevant experience in technical facility operations.
