Job Description

CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Lead

Monitor feedback in CMMS and assign the work task for all sites to follow up
Ensure all job orders (corrective maintenance & preventive maintenance) in CMMS are assigned, executed, and closed in order.
Data entry of relevant information into system.
Liaise with client on any updates or feedback when required.

Scheduling of monthly meeting with client.
Assist the team to prepare monthly report for submission.
Assist the team to track monthly document submission as required.
Provide administrative support to the manager (for eg. Updating of organization chart, new hire details consolidation, vendor manpower updates etc)
Send out security clearance to client
Be the cover for BMC duties when BMC Staff is on Leave.
Assist the team with administrative support as and when required

Inventory of office supplies.
Ensure efficient management of documents; printing, scanning, filing and despatch.

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
