Job Summary
To lead the team of engineers and officers for smooth daily facility maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of engineers and officers to deliver seamless daily facility maintenance operations that support business continuity
- Plan, supervise, and manage all facilities maintenance services, schedules, and improvement projects to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and relevant regulations by the team and external contractors/vendors to uphold quality and safety standards
- Coordinate and direct all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works by liaising closely with consultants and clients to ensure project alignment and timely delivery
- Monitor building systems for breakdowns, defects, and shutdowns, and implement timely corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Conduct regular inspections to verify that properties are maintained to high standards and identify opportunities for improvement
- Recommend and implement facility improvement works at client premises to enhance service quality and strengthen client relationships
- Prepare and evaluate quotations accurately to support procurement and budgeting processes
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Facilities Maintenance, Engineering, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in Facility Management or a related field
