Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple teams and managers to ensure contract performance meets KPIs and exceeds service quality standards.
- Implement best practices in facilities and engineering maintenance, leveraging the Integrated Service Model for efficiency and a safe workplace.
- To manage and monitor the operational costs and expenses against budget.
- Drive profitability by achieving financial margin targets while maintaining strong contractual relationships.
- Strategize, plan, and implement all business process and procedure that align with the operation requirements of the hospital (public healthcare).
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant Facilities Management (FM) discipline.
- At least 8 years of managerial experience in facilities maintenance and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in project management and facilities management.
- An ability to manage and lead a team effectively and excellent communication skills to engage with customers, service providers, and internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and facilities management software.
