Responsibilities
Overall in-charge of the management and operation of the contract
Lead the Service Team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance
Responsible for the management, planning of preventative maintenance works and services (including contractors engaged by the Authority)
Implement the quality maintenance program and comply with government/ statutory regulations conduct regular audits of building and M&E facilities and works
Manage projects programmes and supervise as and when required
Prepare and put-up justifications for variation works
Ensuring works are completed on time and as per contract requirements
Ensure that all faults and service requests are followed up timely
Assist the Authority to compile and submit data/reports to other Authorities where required (e.g. MSE, BCA, etc)
Assist the Authority to achieve target goals and certifications/accreditations (e.g. GreenGov, ISO 41001:2018, etc)
Ensure servicing works are completed as per contractual requirements
To involve in upgrading or office related project works and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
Source, evaluate and recommend contractor(s) and quotations to perform works/services for the Authority
Monitor and report progress of works and services and
Verify and submit reports to the Authority.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma from a recognised tertiary establishment
At least five (5) years relevant working experience in facilities management
Have obtained SIFMA Certified Facilities Management Expert (CFME) accreditation in relevant tier or must obtain within Year 1 of Contract, unless otherwise agreed by the Authority.
