About the Role:
- Oversee multiple teams and managers to ensure all contract KPIs and service quality standards align strictly with the operational requirements of a hospital environment.
- Manage and monitor all operational costs against budgets, driving profitability by achieving financial margin targets while maintaining robust contractual relationships.
- Implement best practices in facilities and engineering maintenance to ensure a safe, efficient and compliant workplace within the healthcare facility.
- Strategize and implement all business processes using integrated service models to optimize efficiency and maintain the highest safety standards required for patient care areas.
- Requires a Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a relevant FM discipline) with at least 8 years of managerial experience specifically 3 yrs & above within healthcare-related sectors.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in FM software and project management, alongside the communication skills necessary to lead teams and engage effectively with clinical stakeholders and service providers.
