Lead a multi-disciplinary technical team to ensure the seamless operational excellence, safety, and financial performance of premier commercial or healthcare estates.

• Leadership & Team Management: Direct a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors, overseeing staff training, performance, and adherence to safety and discipline protocols.

• Operations & Maintenance: Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance programmes for building systems are executed effectively and in strict compliance with contractual SLAs.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison for building owners and clients while managing contractor performance, tender approvals, and payment certifications.

• Financial & Project Oversight: Manage annual budget submissions, project costing, and the implementation of feasible building improvement works.

• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare high-quality technical reports for clients and ensure all facility operations pass rigorous internal and external audit standards.

skills and experience required

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience, or Diploma with 10+ years of proven experience in facilities maintenance.
• Strong track record in managing commercial or healthcare buildings
