Job Description

Responsibilities

. Developing and adhering to a preventive maintenance schedule for all major systems and equipment.

. Documenting maintenance activities and keeping records up to date.

. Overseeing security measures and utility services like water and electricity.

. Conducting routine checks and spot inspections of fixed assets to promptly mitigate safety hazards and establishing comprehensive records for buildings and fixed assets.

. Managing outsourcing service providers.

. Handling renting of premises, facilities and vending machines.

. Providing end user IT support for daily business operation.

. Any duty, task or assignment delegated.

Requirements

. Min of Diploma in relevant field

. Min 5 years of relevant work experience in similar industry

. Knowledgeable with desktop and laptop troubleshooting

. Excellent team player & people management

. Hardworking with a strong sense of urgency and accountability

. Be energetic, proactive, self-driven and highly motivated in driving the business operation.

. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with the employees, customers and vendors

. Computer literate- Proficient in Microsoft Applications and Email
