FACILITIES MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

Day-To-Day Duties

. Assist the site operation team on the daily cleaning operations

. Upkeep the cleaning standard as per contract requirements which includes executing proper cleaning techniques, in term of cleaning of toilets/ offices/ common areas/ hospital treatment area/patient room cleaning & etc assigned by the site supervisor

. Provide quality service to client and attend to complaints/ site issues

. Learn to operate/ manage technology (if any) at certain sites, eg. Robotic, quality audit system, smart toilet system monitoring/ reporting

. Follow cleaning schedule assigned by site manager and ensure the job complete according to site requirement/standard.

. Handle site inspection and paperwork as per site request

. Any other duties as assigned by Manager
