Job Summary
You will work closely with the Operation Manager and Operation Executive to manage daily cleaning operations, plan future activities, and ensure efficient use of company resources. You will coordinate and supervise cleaning staff, maintain cleaning standards, and resolve client issues promptly.
Responsibilities
- Communicate daily with the Operation Manager and Operation Executive to update on current tasks and assist in planning future cleaning activities
- Monitor and control the use of stock and equipment to ensure efficient resource management
- Inspect equipment regularly and arrange timely replacements to maintain operational readiness
- Support the Operations Manager, Operation Executive, and cleaning supervisors in executing cleaning operations
- Coordinate, schedule, train, and supervise cleaning site staff to maintain productivity and quality
- Inspect job sites to verify that cleaning standards are consistently met across all facilities
- Respond promptly to client complaints and resolve issues efficiently to maintain client satisfaction
- Ensure all cleaning tasks assigned to supervisors and cleaners are completed following Health & Safety requirements
- Perform hands-on cleaning or supervisory duties as needed to support the team
- Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate the ability and competence to perform assigned responsibilities effectively
- Willingness to travel islandwide as required for job duties
- Basic computer literacy to support operational tasks
