Inspections and Maintenance: Conduct

preventive maintenance and regular inspections of installations, fixtures, fittings, and common facilities to ensure they are safe, clean, and in good working condition. This includes daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of key facilities and critical area

Repair and Handyman Works: Undertake

minor building, mechanical, and electrical repair works as well as general handyman tasks like changing light bulbs or resetting drawer locks

Fault Management: Monitor and attend to maintenance service requests, investigate faults, and initiate

corrective actions for any service or equipment breakdowns

Contractor Supervision: Coordinate and supervise external contractors performing maintenance, defect rectification, or upgrading works (e.g., M&E, cleaning, pest control, and horticulture)

Utilities and Safety: Monitor water and electricity meter readings to report abnormal consumption

. The technician also assists in

fire safety management emergencies, and business continuity plans while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards

Event Support: Coordinate with AV and cleaning contractors to set up meeting venues, including seating and equipment arrangement
