Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: Loyang
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm | Sat, 8:00am-12:00pm
Working Days: 5.5 days
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of facility, utility and building systems.
- Maintain HVAC, AHU, HEPA filtration, chilled water and cleanroom systems.
- Monitor cleanroom conditions such as temperature, humidity, airflow and differential pressure.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Respond to facility alarms, equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance.
- Support cleanroom certification, validation, installation and facility improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with safety and cleanroom procedures.
