Carry out preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities in accordance with Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
Monitor and ensure building safety compliance according to BCA safety requirements.
Inspect premises daily, perform building round checklist recording and replace defective parts
Manage and maintain tools and equipment list and stock up sufficient spare parts.
Monitor and coordinate with contractors or external service provider to ensure works are completed according to required standard.
Perform minor maintenance task, i.e. replace damage light bulb, replace filters, replace broken windows; repair doors, door locks and closets.
Coordinate and assist in Fire Drill and safety inspection.
Monitor and ensure all security system, mechanical, electrical and plumbing service are in good condition
Attending to breakdown/emergency call.
Maintain and ensure fire extinguishers are in working condition.
Ensure housekeeping is carried out regularly.
Performs other work related tasks as assigned.
