- Carry out routine inspections and maintenance of facility systems, including electrical, air-conditioning, compressed air, and chilled-water systems.
- Work closely with contractors for scheduled servicing and emergency repairs to ensure smooth and uninterrupted building operations.
- Oversee vendor activities during renovation works to ensure a smooth and timely transition to newly renovated spaces.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep in technical areas such as AHU and switch rooms to maintain equipment efficiency.
- Coordinate repair and renovation schedules with contractors to achieve cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.
- Perform hands-on maintenance and repair work related to plumbing, sanitary systems, electrical components, and general facilities upkeep.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic telephone line issues as needed.
