We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Facilities Maintenance / Project Manager to lead our facility operations and oversee project execution. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership capability, and the ability to manage multiple maintenance and project tasks efficiently.
Facilities Maintenance
Oversee day-to-day facility operations including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
Plan and implement preventive & corrective maintenance schedules.
Lead and supervise maintenance teams, technicians, and contractors.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure facilities meet safety, operational, and regulatory requirements.
Manage maintenance budgets, procurement of materials, and service contracts.
Ensure timely response to maintenance issues, breakdowns, and emergencies.
Project Management
Plan, execute, and monitor renovation, upgrading, and installation projects.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Prepare project timelines, cost estimates, and resource planning.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Maintain proper documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
Degree/Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities management and project coordination.
Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and project management processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage complex projects simultaneously.
