Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations and cleanliness on ground.
  • Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness.
  • Manage customer complaints in professional manner.
  • Manage manpower deployment.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Prepare operations reports and other administrative duties.
  • Any other related duties assigned by manager.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management or other discipline
  • At least 2-3 years experience in cleaning, facilities services/management industries, hotels, commercials etc
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytic and good persuasion skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Well-groomed with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Positive work attitude, able to work independently and in a team
