Job Description

  • Assist in M & E services maintenance
  • Supervision of contractors in additions and alterations
  • Supervision of building maintenance works, cleaning services, security, landscape and pest control services
  • Diploma in Engineering/ Building Management/ Building Services/ Real Estate
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in building services maintenance work
  • Preferably a certified Fire Safety Manager
  • Able to communicate with all levels
  • Computer literate
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage
