Facilities Maintenance Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Technician for all facilities management activities which include controlling and implementing operations
• Attend to and oversee all electrical, mechanical and maintenance works
• Monitor facilities project to ensure on time deliveries.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a recognized Diploma in Building Services / Engineering / Facilities Management / Project Management
• At least 2- 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management / building maintenance
• Possess Supervisory Skills
• Able to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated
• Good Interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
