Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

The mentioned Jobs. Reports to executive in charge.

. Daily operational deployment and attend to clients requests.

. Execute and attend to inspection on the facilities maintenance and cleanliness, ensure the cleanliness regime at assigned areas such as buildings, compound areas, offices, loading bays, public restrooms.

. Follow SOP on cleaning chemicals and disinfectants on assigned project site

. Hands on or Operating Machineries to carry out general cleaning, periodic cleaning, waste collection and disinfection services on daily operational basis.

. To ensure environmental service standard and cleanliness standards are meet.

. Updating on any shortage of inventory supplies

. Check and ensure proper maintenance of the machineries/equipment's.

. Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

. Attend any upgrading courses enrol by the company to carry out the works in the assigned area.

Job Requirement

. Minimum 2 years of working experience in housekeeping and facilities management areas

. Minimum Secondary/Diploma Holder, with a positive attitude to manage the assignment

. Able to learn and adapt to the working environment

. Physically fit and able to take physical requirement on the daily operational activities.

. Training would be provided
