Plan, execute and supervise all Facilities maintenance related work services.
Manage Building / Facilities / M&E works and services for effective and efficient operations facilities performance.
Coordinate and supervise the M&E installation and maintenance work if needed.
Working closely with the client, sub-contractors, and the facilities team to resolve any technical issues. Attend M&E related meetings and involve in the preparation of related reports.
Assist in planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical, electrical works.
Schedule, monitor and supervise the progress of works .
Prepare and follow- up closely on the client inquiries and quotations.
Follow the company internal work processes and documentation.
Build and maintain good client relationships and uphold high quality standards.

Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Building / Real Estate/ Facilities Management or any related qualifications.
Facilities Maintenance operations background with at least 3 years of experience will be an added advantage.
