Core Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for facility-related issues and coordinate necessary actions.
Source quotations and prepare purchase orders using SAP in accordance with procurement procedures.
Liaise with service providers, contractors and vendors for security, maintenance, cleaning and repair works to ensure quality service and compliance with standards.
Assist on workplace safety matters by supporting fire drills, safety checks and compliance with WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) regulations.
Promote ongoing safety awareness with the Department as well as inter-departmentally.
Assist to supervise service providers for works.
Track and schedule maintenance and servicing work for office infrastructure and equipment.
Support the management and upkeep of office assets, furniture, and equipment.
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation related to facilities operations
and maintenance records.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
Experience:
1) Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably within the FMCG, food manufacturing or cold storage industry.
3) Prior experience in facility management and manage multiple properties is an advantage
4) Experience in coordinating with vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
