Responsibilities:
- Schedule and supervise maintenance, repairs and inspections.
- Troubleshooting of RH Temperature, Power generator, chiller, air-conditioning and etc.
- Track maintenance schedule, contracts and liase with vendor.
- To ensure service, contract and level agreements are met.
- Ensure services engaged are appropriate to the actual site conditions.
- Ensure services delivered conform to the provisions in the contract.
- Ensure regular inspections are carried out and implement effective preventive maintenance program.
- Ensure all services are procured or carried out in accordance to the requirements of the quality and compliance procedures.
- Assist in fire or building facilities breakdown emergency response.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Real Estate/ Building/ Facilities Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of technical experience
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment.
