- Assist the Senior Executive, Facilities on coordination of maintenance and repair works for onsite cyclical works.
- Follow up on regulatory inspections and reporting e.g., NEA, EMA, SCDF etc and conduct workplace safety and fire related matters for all staff at Cheshire
- Ensure that necessary PPE equipment is complete and easily accessible
- Liaise with regulatory agencies e.g., NEA for onsite inspections for pests
- Work with outsourced vendors for cleaning services
- Work with external outsourced IT vendors for firewalls and other IT matters
- Manage Fixed assets recordings, sightings and disposals.
- Assist in facilities-related projects, Cyclical maintenance and energy saving projects.
- Support Senior Facilities executive in procurement process and documentation of operating procedures
- Weekly inspection of premises for repairs and water usage monitoring
Qualifications and Work Experience
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience in building and facilities management
- IT infrastructure knowledge and skills will be advantageous
- Some experience in energy storage and/or solar system projects will be advantageous
