Job scope:
- Organizing & supervising Facilities Management Service Providers team to ensure preventative maintenance, pest control, cleaning service, horticulture, security management
- Making sure all systems are always in serviceable & operational condition
- Attending to any breakdown & managing closure & incidents
- Reviewing equipment design & providing guidance & input in facilities
- Conducting analysis for reported breakdowns and faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences
- Engaging with all external stakeholders to acquire required licenses
- Implementing & maintaining research & development's sop
- Managing resources & facilities and processes to ensuring running operation
- Performing routine checks and scheduled preventive maintenance of key installations such as uninterrupted power supply and electrical panels
- Priority on safety 1st and executing necessary risk assessments
Working location: Buona Vista
Monday to Friday, Office hours
