Working hour: M-F, 9am to 6pm
Salary: Up to $5,000

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) policies and training programs
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and local regulations
- Investigate incidents and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for regional facilities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety)
- Coordinate vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and sustainability initiatives
- Lead safety awareness programs, emergency response planning, and drills
- Prepare safety and facilities performance reports maintain audit and compliance documentation
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in OHS, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in OHS with regional or multi-site exposure
- Hands-on experience in facilities management and maintenance oversight
- Strong knowledge of OHS regulations, ISO 45001, and building systems
