Adecco is partnering with a renowned Tech company
This role will be 1 year renewable contract
Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and order office supplies and equipment, including but not limited to stationery, groceries, medications, pantry items, and printer toners.
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and coordinate servicing of office equipment.
- Manage vendors and service providers, including cleaning, pest control, plant maintenance, and other servicing companies.
- Source items and services, obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost effectiveness and quality.
- Verify invoices for related purchases and liaise with the Finance team to ensure timely payment.
- Assist in coordinating matters with the main office tenant and building management, such as fire drills, annual electrical shutdowns, and public address (PA) system testing.
- Handle mail sorting, internal distribution, and courier service arrangements.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any relevant field
- Min. 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in building administration and/or facilities management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Meticulous, organised and analytical
- Good working attitude, tactful and possess excellent communication skills
- This role will be 1 year renewable contract
