- Manage daily operations and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection)
- Oversee A&A projects, including planning, contractor supervision, and timely completion
- Conduct inspections, audits, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and compliance
- Lead technicians and contractors in preventive and corrective maintenance
- Monitor utilities, support energy efficiency, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Handle reports, compliance documents, and coordination with authorities and vendors
- Ensure workplace safety and provide advice on system upgrades and sustainability
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or Facilities Engineering.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in M&E facilities management, with exposure to A&A projects.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Codes of Practice, BCA, SCDF, and relevant statutory regulations.
- Familiar with CAFM/CMMS systems and MS Office applications
- Prior working experience in institutional/educational facilities or campus environments will be an advantage.
