about the job
- Oversee the maintenance of all building infrastructure, including its exterior and interior.
- Perform general repair and upkeep of building fittings and fixtures.
- Coordinate with external contractors for the maintenance and certification of lifts and cranes.
- Manage all contractor activities to ensure building upkeep and project completion.
- Ensure the overall cleanliness and general upkeep of all building facilities and surrounding areas.
skills and experience required
- Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- Preferably candidates with at least 3 years of experience in building management
- Hands-on experience with building-related repairs and basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
