Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance and servicing of building systems for client projects.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
- Liaise with clients, main contractors, consultants, and service vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality of work.
- Assist in minor project works, upgrades, and improvements to building systems.
- Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, service reports, and equipment records.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or Facilities Management.
- 2-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably supporting developer or contractor projects.
- Knowledge of building M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office familiarity with AutoCAD or maintenance management software is a plus.
