Job Scope
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct scheduled fire safety compliance inspections at assigned premises on regular basis.
- Liaise with tenants and stakeholders, including is suing engagement letters and coordinating inspection arrangements.
- Assess premises for compliance with fire safety regulations and identify areas of non-compliance.
- Prepare and issue inspection reports, breach notices, and recommendations for corrective actions where required.
- Escalate significant fire safety violations to the relevant authorities (e.g. SCDF) and monitor the progress of regulatory actions.
- Provide regular updates, inspection findings, and compliance status reports to building manager while maintaining accurate inspection records.
Requirement
- Diploma Qualification in Building & Facilities Management
- 3 Years of in M&E / Civil Building works experience
- Possess Fire Safety Manager Certificate is a MUST
