Job Description

OUR ROLE

  • To manage facilities cleanroom system comprising of ACMV (Make-up air, temperature control valve temperature, dry coil), fan filter unit, ionizer, building element.
  • Work with the team to ensure cleanroom operating parameters such as relative humidity, room pressurization, particle, airborne molecular contaminant, ESD are within its specification.
  • Urgency in executing containment action upon facilities operating parameters out of specification followed by root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action.
  • Analyze system performance and capacity including propose reasonably practical engineering solutions for robustness improvement.
  • Follow up on comprehensive maintenance plan and checklist thru Computerized Management Maintenance System.
  • Plan and execute scheduled preventive & corrective maintenance.
  • Manage Spare Part Inventory systematically.
  • Prepare detail Request For Quotation, vendor sourcing, quotation evaluation, purchase requisition, service rendered evaluation and invoicing.
  • Manage and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and projects.
  • Manage Permit-To-Work application including reviewing Risk Assessment, Method Statement and other related documents. (Attend to critical interfacing to life system and get approval from production before start works)

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
  • Extensive knowledge of excel office suite
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
