Facilities Engineer (Building Services/Building Maintenance/East Region)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain building infrastructure (interior & exterior).
• Repair building fittings and fixtures.
• Maintain lifts and cranes.
• Coordinate and manage contractors.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in building maintenance.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
