Facilities Engineer (Building Maintenance)

Building operation,maintenance, repair, and statutory compliance of all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems within the building. To ensures the safe, efficient,and reliable operation of the building's services while maintaining a highstandard of service for tenants and owners.

Responsibilities

. Manage the day-to-day operation of all M&E systems

. Conduct routine inspections to ensure allbuilding services are functioning efficiently.

. Plan and implement preventive maintenanceprogrammes.

. Supervise contractors, service providers andmaintenance vendors.

. Respond to tenants M&E-related requests and complaints.

. Coordinate shutdowns and maintenance activities with tenants to minimise operational disruptions.

. Provide technical advice on building services and operational matters.

. Assist in preparing annual maintenance budgets.

. Attend to emergency incidents after office hours when required.

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering,Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a relateddiscipline.

. Minimum 5 years experience in commercial, industrial or mixed-use building operations.

. Experience in managing outsourced maintenance contractors.
