- Perform first-line troubleshooting and basic repairs for common electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical issues, including lighting checks, thermostat adjustments, door hardware fixes, and minor plumbing interventions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for approved third-party service providers, managing both soft services and technical maintenance tasks while ensuring quality standards are consistently met
- Organize and facilitate regular coordination meetings with vendors, FM teams, and client representatives to review service performance, address operational needs, and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct routine facility walkthroughs to monitor service delivery quality, identify improvement opportunities, and escalate complex maintenance or safety concerns to management for resolution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service requests, vendor reports, work orders, operational logs, and client feedback within the facility management system
- Support workplace health and safety initiatives while ensuring common areas, meeting spaces, shared facilities, and lab utility spaces remain well-maintained, clean, and aligned with client workplace experience expectations
Required qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in office or light industrial facility operations with demonstrated ability to perform routine maintenance tasks
- Basic understanding of chemical storage safety protocols and general laboratory environment requirements
- Ability to read and interpret simple electrical and HVAC schematics, perform voltage checks, and make thermostat adjustments safely and effectively
- Strong communication skills in English and local language with the ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in using mobile reporting tools or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order tracking and updates
- Willingness to work on-site with flexible hours as required by operational needs and emergency situations
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a client-facing integrated facilities management environment with exposure to both technical and soft services coordination
- Familiarity with workplace experience principles and how facility operations impact employee satisfaction and productivity
- Previous experience managing vendor relationships and conducting service quality assessments
- Knowledge of occupancy management, space planning coordination, or minor workplace reconfiguration projects
- Certification in workplace health and safety, first aid, or relevant technical trade qualifications
- Demonstrated track record of proactive problem-solving and delivering reliable operational support in dynamic facility environments
