Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Facilities & Security Manager to join our team, overseeing security management and integrated facilities operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily facilities operations, including cleaning services, security management, and reception/front desk support.
- Oversee, coordinate, and supervise outsourced service providers to ensure compliance with service standards.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high levels of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support smooth year-end operations.
- Ensure adherence to relevant safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Background in Facilities Management (FM) or Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), with a strong focus on operational and security management.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale facilities operations.
- Experience in supervising outsourced vendors and implementing quality assurance processes.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
