. Be involved in the review process of sub-contractors JSA/ SWMS/Work Permits before work commences of site for those activities (including MSDS)

. Attend main-contractor and our sub-contractors daily Toolbox Talk safety meetings

. Discuss upcoming work for the week and precautions that are necessary

SCHEDULE

. Participate in weekly schedule reviews with the subcontractors and make sure the works are coordinated with main-contractor/NL Managers. Make sure sub-contractors issue schedules every week.

. Prepare Method of Statement

. Prepare Production Work Schedule and short range work programme

QUANTITY CONTROL

. Daily monitoring of all installation work for quality compliance in accordance with construction drawing issued by Design team and reporting all inspection activities to the main-contractor / Manager and copied to the QA/QC on a weekly basis.
