Company Overview

Bizlify Pte Ltd leads in AI-powered façade inspection services using drone technology and advanced analytics to ensure building safety and compliance with Singapore's Periodic Façade Inspection (PFI) regime.

Job Summary

Our business is rapidly expanding, and we have a vacancy for an additional Façade Inspector. It would be an advantage if you are also a qualified Drone Pilot and/or IRATA Certified.

Conduct detailed façade inspections using drones and close-range methods, document findings with AI tools, prepare professional reports per BCA standards, and manage PFI projects to support building safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of building facades to identify cracks, damage, wear, and structural concerns using drones and close-range techniques to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Utilize AI software to document inspection findings accurately, including detailed reports and high-quality photographs of defects or risks.
  • Provide clear, actionable recommendations for repairs or maintenance based on inspection results.
  • Collaborate with senior staff, CP partners, and team members to share findings and coordinate inspection activities.
  • Prepare detailed reports compliant with BCA (Building and Construction Authority) format and industry standards.
  • Communicate inspection results and recommendations clearly to clients, stakeholders, and team members through strong verbal and written skills.
  • Develop accurate costings and quotations for PFI work and participate in client meetings as required.
  • Manage PFI projects end-to-end, especially when coordinating with third parties and subcontractors.
  • Adhere strictly to Health and Safety requirements as outlined by the H&S officer and company SOP.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by senior staff to contribute to project and company success.

Drone Pilot Additional Responsibilities (If applicable)

  • Manage daily drone operations, including creating and maintaining pre- and post-flight plans and records to ensure drone airworthiness.
  • Observe drone safety protocols at all times and comply with Health and Safety briefing requirements.
  • Handle CAAS paperwork for activity and operator permit applications.
  • Manage and conduct onsite drone flight operations with customers and delivery teams.
  • Verify captured data and images before delivery to processing systems following company SOP.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction engineering or a related field.
  • Unmanned Aircraft Pilots License (UAPL).
  • Work at Heights qualifications (WAH/MWAH).
  • Positive, proactive attitude with strong observational, team-building, and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform physical inspections for extended periods.
