Job Description & Requirements
A.To coordinate with pm, consultants, clients to ensure that the project is properly executed.
B.Perform Site-walk-through to ensure contract performance, safety compliance and quality control with the intent of delivering projects.
C.Manage sub-contractors and suppliers effectively to ensure that the project is completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame.
D.Identify construction/engineering constraints, prepare construction cost estimates, and hand-off project for construction.
E.In-charge of the testing and commissioning of the project.
F.Attend (construction, quality, safety) meeting as stand-in Project manager while ensure the site schedule/progress is on track. Station at site when necessary.
G.Assist in project tendering and operation
H.Other administrative matters
