Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

To supervise and manage day to day equipment / structural fabrication schedule/progress.
Conduct production ability studies with Engineering during product development
To improve on work processes and equipment upgrades.
Initiate, assign work and monitor jobs to the fabrication work team every morning and throughout the day.
To ensure material availability for jobs.
Preparation of the required reports and ensuring the discipline of technicians
To manage good housekeeping practice of the workshop and premise.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
Good in communication skill with internal and external parties.
3 to 5 years experience required in Structural Steel works with good knowledge of welding and fabrication, preferable in heavy equipment industry.
Computer proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word and AutoCAD.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
