Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering leader to drive factory capacity planning, productivity improvement, and long-term manufacturing growth within a semiconductor wafer fabrication environment. This role will lead capacity roadmap development, optimize fab performance, and partner closely with manufacturing and planning teams to support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
. Lead factory capacity and productivity planning initiatives to support business growth objectives.
. Develop and execute capacity roadmaps, identifying future performance requirements and capital investment needs.
. Conduct capacity scenario analysis and drive gap-closure actions against growth commitments.
. Oversee cycle time, WIP management, bottleneck analysis, and productivity optimization activities.
. Coach and develop Industrial Engineering teams while driving operational excellence.
. Collaborate with production planning and manufacturing leadership on factory loading strategies and commitments.
. Benchmark industry best practices and implement process improvements to enhance fab performance.

Ideal Requirements
. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
. 10+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with strong wafer fab exposure.
. Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
. Proven expertise in capacity planning, cycle time management, WIP control, and productivity improvement.
. Strong understanding of Industrial Engineering methodologies, including bottleneck management, line balancing, and cost modeling.
. Experience with data analytics and manufacturing systems such as JMP, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and MES platforms.
. Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
