Job Summary
You will monitor and manage semiconductor process stability and equipment performance, lead productivity improvement projects, and develop new equipment and process parameters to ensure manufacturing excellence.
Responsibilities
- Monitor in-line SPC, defect rates, and equipment abnormalities daily to ensure timely resolution and proper handling
- Lead productivity improvement projects for new processes using analytical tools to optimize process conditions and technology
- Establish and validate process parameters for semiconductor equipment to maintain line stability
- Evaluate and develop new equipment, materials, and processes to support manufacturing innovation
- Analyze complex process issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage projects related to process improvement and technology transfer
- Adapt to shift work schedules as required
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience with SPC, 8D reporting, DOE, FMEA, and PMO methodologies is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor foundry module process
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics
- Strong understanding of process and equipment development, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Proven leadership skills in project and team management
