We're looking for an FA / DTP Artist who is able to prepare final artwork files for print, fabrication, and production. You will play a key role in ensuring all design files are correctly formatted, technically accurate, and ready for production. This role involves working closely with designers, project managers, and the print/fabrication team to ensure smooth handover and timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, finalise, and format artwork files for large-format printing, signage, fabrication, and event materials.
Ensure correct sizing, bleed, colour mode, resolution, and technical accuracy of all files.
Amend and adapt client-supplied artwork to meet production requirements.
Create keylines, die-cut paths, and layout templates when needed and assist in layout editing, simple design amendments, and versioning of artwork files.
Work closely with designers, project managers and the print team to refine artwork for production.
Maintain organised file structures, archives, and documentation for all artwork versions.
Support on-site installation documentation (e.g., artwork breakdowns, measurements, layouts) when needed
Requirements
Diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Prior experience preparing FA/DTP files for large-format print, signage, or fabrication is a strong advantage.
Good understanding of print production requirements (bleed, CMYK, Pantone, resolutions, etc.).
Proficient in SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD (or similar tools).
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot technical errors.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Bonus
Experience with luxury, retail, or experiential brand activations.
Familiarity with on-site setup and safety protocols.
