F&B TRAINING MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for service staff, kitchen teams, and outlet managers.
• Conduct regular training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and areas of improvement.
• Deliver orientation programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
• Create training materials, SOP manuals, and visual aids aligned with brand standards.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, audits, and feedback sessions.
• Partner with Operations and HR to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Coach and mentor outlet managers and supervisors to become effective on-the-job trainers.
• Stay updated with industry trends to incorporate best practices in training delivery.
• Support pre-opening training for new outlets, including team onboarding and setup procedures.

Requirements

• Degree required
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar training/teaching role.
• Strong knowledge of service standards, food safety, and customer service excellence.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on, energetic, and able to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with e-learning platforms or LMS tools.
• Bilingual or multilingual ability is a plus.
