Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department.

  • Supervise and coordinate the team to ensure smooth service and high-quality guest experiences.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and company policies.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.

  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and order supplies as needed.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all food and beverage areas.

  • Manage cash handling, closing procedures, and ensure all sales are recorded accurately.

  • Perform additional duties as required by management.


Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a supervisory role.

  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.

  • Must be flexible and willing to work during public holidays, weekends, and night shifts.

  • Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.
