Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department.
Supervise and coordinate the team to ensure smooth service and high-quality guest experiences.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and company policies.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and order supplies as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all food and beverage areas.
Manage cash handling, closing procedures, and ensure all sales are recorded accurately.
Perform additional duties as required by management.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a supervisory role.
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
Must be flexible and willing to work during public holidays, weekends, and night shifts.
Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.
