Job Description

  • Staff Management: , train, schedule shifts, delegate tasks, and provide performance feedback to servers, hosts, and bartenders.
  • Customer Service: Handle complaints, resolve issues, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a positive dining atmosphere.
  • Operations Oversight: Direct daily flow, ensure timely food/drink delivery, manage cleanliness, and support during peak hours.
  • Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor stock, order supplies, control waste, and manage labor costs.
  • Quality & Compliance: Uphold food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards, ensuring adherence to all health/safety regulations.
  • Coordination: Liaise with kitchen, bar, and management to align service with business goals.
