Job Summary:
We are looking for F&B Supervisor with combination of extensive F&B and supervisory experience, and strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Key responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs.Train, mentor, and supervise food and beverage staff. Provide leadership and support to the team.
- Daily Operations: Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth functioning. Monitor inventory and order supplies. Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. Handle customer complaints and feedback. Assist with seating or serving customers during peak hours, if needed.
- Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations. Check food and drink quality. Maintain hygiene standards.
- Other duties: Assist in menu planning and promotions. Help with marketing events. Attend meetings as required. Resolve internal conflicts among staff.
Job Specifications:
Prior experience as a F&B Supervisor in a similar role within the F&B industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Excellent conflict resolution and team management abilities.
Availability to work within the outlet's operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
