Job Scope - F&B Supervisor
Position: F&B Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
1)Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure smooth service during peak hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Lead, train, and motivate service staff to deliver excellent customer service.
2)Oversee table management, reservations, and customer seating to maximize efficiency.
Ensure food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently maintained.
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to achieve service excellence.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
3)Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure proper storage and handling of F&B items.
4)Enforce hygiene, safety, and workplace cleanliness in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in scheduling and manpower planning, especially for peak periods (weekends & holidays).
Support management in planning promotions, events, or special menus.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle peak crowd situations.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
