Job Summary
Join KarTia as a Permanent Part-Time Service Staff at D'Penyetz Lor Chuan, delivering efficient service in a fast-paced F&B environment while supporting daily restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and generate bills promptly to ensure smooth transactions
- Clean and prepare tables immediately after customers leave to maintain readiness for new guests
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas throughout shifts to uphold hygiene standards
- Pack warm food and beverages efficiently according to customer orders for timely delivery
- Operate the automated dishwasher daily to clean plates, bowls, and utensils
- Monitor stock levels and place orders to prevent shortages and ensure continuous service
- Perform opening and closing duties of service areas to support daily restaurant operations
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment to maintain workflow
- Deliver friendly and attentive customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills on the job
- Be available to work on weekends and public holidays
