Job Description

GENERAL OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Outlet Manager/Supervisor. Assisting the managers in running outlet operations.

JOBSCOPE

  • Handles station assigned for the day.
  • Keeps outlet clean and tidy.
  • Serves customers with friendly and uncompromising service. Practice good etiquette.
  • Be attentive to customers needs.
  • Practise suggestive selling.
  • Checks that customers orders are being fulfilled correctly.
  • Ensures all used plates and cutleries on the dining tables are being cleared once the customer has left the restaurant.
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

The minimum entry level requirement for the job, in terms of:

Educational Qualifications

GCE N Level or ITE Diploma (F&B Management/Services)

Professional Experience

Preferably with minimum of 6 months experience in service roles in F&B industry. For Senior Servers, a minimum of 1 year experience as server is required.

Other Requirements

  • Good spoken English (basic).
  • Enjoys interacting with people and serving customers.
  • Energetic, cheerful, friendly, fun-loving and hardworking.
  • Always keen to get feedback for improvement.
  • Required to work non-conventional hours and in other outlets as and when required.
